🔁 Returns and Refund Eligibility

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we only accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products that have been worn, altered, removed from packaging, or show signs of use are not eligible for return or refund.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

• Wigs, bundles, extensions, or braiding hair that have been opened or used
• Clearance or sale items
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Gift cards and digital products

📦 How to Request a Refund

To request a return and refund, please:

1. Email info@soul-quehaircraftbraidcurlsalon.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Wait for our team to approve your request and provide return instructions.
3. Ship the product back to the address provided, in its original condition.
4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

💰 Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly — either with a replacement or a full refund.
